Cressbrook BASS Electric Results-9th July

Luke Clark claimed victory in the second BASS Electric event on Cressbrook Dam for 2006.

Compiling a 2/2, 2.6kg limit to secure victory, Clarke fished a smoke/ yellow core Slider rigged on a ½ oz TT jighead, slow rolling the offering through sounded bass holding in 30 feet of water.

Finishing just under a kilo behind in second place was Brad Clark, who in contrast to the winner fished surface lures early to add his first fish to the well, before swapping to a jighead rigged soft plastic to add his second and final fish to his limit.

34 anglers made the journey to Cressbrook for the event, catching a total of 38 fish for the six hours allotted fishing time.

The next event on the tour sees Isis Balancing Storage play host to the series, 23rd July. For more information contact Jason Medcalf on 0411 134 316.
